Our Enrichment Programs provide engaging opportunities for students to explore their interests and develop new skills outside traditional academics. Through expert instruction in music, art, coding, and languages, students build creativity, confidence, and cognitive abilities while discovering their unique talents and passions.

Music

Benefits: We all know music is magic. It can affect our emotions, but it can do more than that! Scientific studies have shown that learning to play an instrument—and piano in particular—can actually make you smarter, happier, and healthier. The cognitive demands of learning piano or another instrument could help with everything from planning skills and language development to reducing anxiety and even boosting memory!

Lesson Options: We help teach different instruments including piano, guitar, drums, violin, voice/singing, ukulele, computer music and electronic music synthesizer. Learn to sing or play an instrument the way you want!

We have music appreciation and introduction for 2, 3, and 4 year olds which can be 15 or 30 minute lessons. For older students, lessons can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes.

Students meet once a week with their instructors and are able to practice between lessons.

We can help you find an instrument if you would like help!

Lessons can be at your home, in the teacher’s studio, or online.

Art

Benefits: Art lessons help improve academics and learning! Through development of fine motor skills, building creativity and problem-solving skills, strengthening neural connections, cultivating confidence, and improving cognitive development.

Lesson Options: Art workshops for multiple students or individual sessions.

Art can be taught online/virtually or in-person.

The tutor provides all the materials.

Students can explore various mediums including painting, drawing, sculpture, and mixed media.

Sessions typically run 45-60 minutes depending on age and project complexity.

We offer beginner to advanced instruction tailored to each student’s interests and abilities.

Coding

Benefits: Coding is a popular enrichment service that also benefits student learning. It helps students learn problem solving and develop logical and computational thinking. Coding also brings creativity and a competitive advantage for college and careers.

Lesson Options: Individual sessions that are online/virtual only. Student must have a PC computer or Windows operating laptop.

We offer instruction in popular programming languages including Python, Scratch, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.

Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes and are tailored to the student’s experience level.

Projects can include game development, web design, app creation, and robotics programming.

All courses include guided projects that students can add to their portfolios.

Our experienced instructors adapt to each student’s pace and learning style.

Foreign Language

Benefits: Learning another language not only helps with brain development by strengthening brain power and cognitive thinking, but it also helps build creativity and give students an advantage with jobs and other educational opportunities.

Lesson Options: We offer individual sessions as well as business and career growth classes along with ESL student tutoring. Classes are online/virtual through a platform similar to what colleges and universities use. We do offer in-person instruction for individual sessions.

Languages include Spanish, French, Mandarin, Japanese, German, and Italian.

Lessons focus on conversational skills, reading comprehension, and cultural understanding.

We provide all necessary learning materials and resources for practice between sessions.

Students can progress at their own pace with customized learning plans.
